Friday Night started out against eventual pool-winner (and site host) Westview. UC played some good ball (see the clip below), but lost in two.

UC beats pool #1 Seed Roosevelt from LA:
UC was poised to take the first set from Valencia before the coaster came off the tracks (Magic Mountain reference).

No matches in the pool went three sets and the seedings for Saturday were determined by tiebreakers (point totals). UC came in 3rd and played Saturday in the 3rd Place Bracket.
