Here we go players, 2023 season is fast approaching! Girls Beach Volleyball will be run like last year with league play and then CIF playoffs. There will be a coaches meeting between now and the start of the season, so any updates about the season's structure will be relayed to you and your parents as we know it.
We will play each opposing team one time for a total of eight matches during the nearly 2 month regular season. We are in the SDCC Western League. Teams include:

Brief Match Schedule: Players need to arrive no later than 3:45pm* for matches. Players bring sunscreen, water, and a towel. Parents are encouraged to bring chairs, sunscreen, and water for themselves, also. All three squads (Varsity A, Varisty B, and JV) are encouraged to show up and support the teams competing. We will need players to serve as referees, scorekeepers, and line judges.
The top five UCHS teams for the week will compete against th opposing team's top five teams to decide the winning school. Teams 6 through as many as we can fit before the sun sets will play the opposing teams 6 through whatever they have. :-)
*We need to arrive early to matches so that we have time to warmup as a whole team and can go over the rules/process with both teams together.
